DACH - Entrepreneurial executive seeks to buy a company with growth potential (MBI).
Entrepreneurial executive with longstanding management experience and excellent track record is seeking to acquire a majority stake in and actively manage a medium sized company. Our client intends to take over the responsibility for a company that is looking for a successor to its owner/managing director who secures independent continuity and continuous development of the company. Companies with head office in Switzerland or bordering countries (except Italian speaking part of Switzerland and Italy) and growth potential are preferred. Established companies in all manufacturing industries (intermediate and finished goods) as well as trading or service companies (except IT and telecommunication) that differ significantly from their competitors in their product portfolio and/or their provision of services are of interest. The company should have a strong position in at least one market segment and dispose of a proven, scalable business model. Start-ups and companies undergoing restructuring will not be considered. The takeover from its present owner shall take place on an amicable and cooperative basis. The transaction value is targeted between CHF 5.0 and 20.0 m depending on the transaction model.
