CH - Entrepreneurs seek to buy and actively manage an international company with development potential

 

A small team of experienced business executives with international record in various industries and a sound financial background are seeking to acquire a majority stake in and actively manage a medium-sized company open to international management. Companies with development potential and primary base in Switzerland (all regions) or bordering countries are preferred.
The targets include succession cases with definable transition steps, spin-offs and doable restructuring cases.

Established companies in all manufacturing industries (intermediate and finished goods) as well as trading or service companies with well-proven benefit profiles are of interest. Start-ups will not be considered.

The transaction value is targeted between CHF 5m and 20m (approx. € 3m and 13m) depending on the transaction model.
