Private Equity Management

Private equity (capital for companies not yet quoted on the stock exchange) is a form of equity financing for private companies, as opposed to public equity, the financing of companies quoted on the stock exchange. Capital raised through private equity financing is generally used for the further development of new products and technologies, the financing of acquisitions, and in order to strengthen the balance sheet as a preliminary stage of an IPO.

Remaco advises various investors and company owners not only on the structuring and implementation of transactions, but also on the administration and management of such investments over the longer term.

New Energies Invest Ltd is one example of such an activity. This company is a collective investment vehicle that is being developed together with Bank Sarasin & Cie AG. In this case, Remaco Merger Ltd functions as an advisor and the bank as sub-advisor (for further information, click here).

Green Utility SICAV is another example. This special fund for institutional investors focuses on infrastructure projects in existing or under construction plants in the field of renewable energies. Remaco Merger AG functions as investment advisor in cooperation with SAMAG s.a.r.l. (Luxembourg), which conceived the fund together with the anchor investor.

We would be delighted to arrange a preliminary discussion with you, without obligation, on this increasingly important topic.
